There went Week A, fast as a speeding bullet, and full of good times. As far as classes go, we had the largest turn out, with about 12 students, and only enough computers for 8. I think we really got them going into the whole thing both feet running, drawing concepts, writing scripts, storyboards, and taking 2 hours longer than needed to film a 10 second clip. (PLEASE DO NOT KILL THE CAMERAMAN!) Week B starts this afternoon, and it represents the bulk of our filming sessions, I imagine those that really want it, can have their films done this week.Ok, so now for the major events recap: Monday, Ali, Mike and I all trotted to Manhattan for a little Broadway Under the Stars in Central Park, it was Mikes first trip to the Big Apple, and I think it was a pretty good one. Lots of Dodgeball was played during the week, and at one point on Thursday I hurt my elbow, but I think I'll be good to go this week, as long as I take it easy. Mike has attained camp legend status, the new “gross-out champion,” for eating another mans booger. Sick I say, SICK! Over the weekend we (Mike, Tommy, and I) went with Ali to her house in New Jersey, we saw Superman Returns (excellent film, by the way) and got a wee bit drunk at a cozy little small town bar 'n grill called the Red Wolf. Saturday night at camp was topped off with a fireworks show, and lots of sleep.
Look! Pictures!
